Odd, sounds like a bug to me. Have you tried via web client vs desktop client to see if it makes any difference?

    Yes- have tried multiple computers- desktop and web clients but no luck.

      Sounds like there might be a service provisioning issue. I would put in a support ticket since I don't really know of anywhere that would control this since it's most likely stored in the Azure services that host Teams.

        ChrisWebbTechThanks- there are other bugs in Office 365 hosted in the Dubai Datacenter as well- wouldn't be surprised if that's the isssue.
