Notification of person's online status change: feature removed?

Hello!

Has the feature for receiving a notification when a colleague's online status changes been removed? I have an internal customer asking if the feature has moved, and I am unable to locate it in the new Teams. It's not something I use, so I didn't notice that it's no longer present in its prior locations (Settings, in Chat, and on someone's avatar). Thanks!
