I have a PLC team and want to know if I can make the tabs private like you can in a class notebook or is there a way of importing a class notebook where tabs can be private for each member of the team

Hi, you can create private channels with a Team, but not tabs. Not sure about importing notebooks but you can open the OneNote app from within Teams.
