not able to publish teams tab app to teams app store

Hi , 
I developed a Teams tab application for our organization and successfully published it internally. However, I encountered an issue when attempting to make it publicly available. Upon clicking "Publish to teams store," no action is initiated, and the attached popup does not lead to any progress.
