Not able to find external users from my organizational teams account

Hi,   I'm not able to find external users (personal account) from my organizational teams account. I typed the mail address on the To box in Create a chat window. And clicked on Search for the mail...

    In my knowledge federation between Teams free and paid subsciptions aren’t supported
