Not able to call the team members

I am able to receive the calls/video call.
The issue is that I am not able to make a call/video call. it shows that message " you will be able to join once the organizer starts the meeting. try again in a few minutes"
Can you please share your steps towards this
- Try hover over the user so you get the user card, from there click the phone button
