No option to share single window in desktop app (Windows 10)

For the last few months, I've been unable to share a single window, I have only options for sharing the full screen, which does not allow me to share desktop audio.

This is what I see when I open the share tray:

Would love an assist - I've been unable to find any settings related to this, and have no idea why I cannot share a single window, nor why I can't share audio.
