No option for Appearance and Sound

I am trying to turn off the message preview in the notification toast but when I access my settings, the only option I have is "Sound", there is no "Appearance and Sound" - therefore no option to disable "Show message preview".  I have looked at our Teams policies and cannot find anything that would address the option missing.  I am running the latest version (1.4.00.11161).
