Feb 07, 2022Can you clarify further on your issue? Did this just start happening? Is it for just read receipts or all messages?

Sam CosbyThis has been happening for months. When I switch organizations, no new messages appear in the desktop client (but I can see them on mobile and web apps). I have to switch organizations, kill the Teams process, and restart it. Then they appear.

Is this an older build? Can you validate that your client has refreshed to latest updates? We had an issue earlier around this.- jmgirardFeb 07, 2022Copper Contributor"You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.4.00.35564 (64-bit). It was last updated on 2/1/2022."

well our workaround was syncing the guests organisation files via onedrive/ explorer so the user didn't have to swich orgs that often.
for me i'm using Microsoft Teams Version 1.5.00.3276 (dev) currently and couldn't replicate the issue for now.
