No longer getting popup call notifications
- Nov 19, 2020
Eelco1978 I've had an update from Microsoft that it should be patched this weekend 21/11/2020. Here's a link to the Teams user voice site that shows that lots of people are having the same issue, Micosoft are working on it. https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/908686-bug-reports I've found installing the older version is a work round till the fix is sorted.

Hope this helps someone
ChuckCoggins Thank you for the clear description of the error.
The problem is still present with
Teams Version 1.4.00.16575 (64-bit)
It seems to be founded deeply in the construction of teams.

FritsKuijk This is still an issue with 1.4.00.19572 version. Very frustrating indeed

Jaens I am having similar issue on version 1.4.00.29469 (64-bit)
Except for me, it's just the first time anyone calls me. I have my headset on. I have the main Teams screen open.
My boss calls me. No ringing in headset. No popup indicating an incoming call.
I look at the "Calls" tab and see a missed call.
They call again and everything works as expected.
I am a telecommuter using a VPN to gain access to my company's network. But this only started happening in the last 6 months or so. I've been telecommuting since 03/2019.
Focus Assist is off.
All settings look proper for notification.
