No 'Browse Teams and Channels' when inserting files in Channel meeting with Teams Desktop

Hi, 

When using Teams for Desktop on Windows 10 (version  1.4.00.8872 (64 bits)), I do not have the "Browse Teams and Channels" option (Only OneDrive) when inserting file in a channel meeting. If I switch to the web version of Teams, it is available...   Anyone having this issue?
