New Windows Team App still broken

I will preface this by saying that Teams on Windows OS stopped working for me around August 2023, so this is a relatively new issue for me. 

This is currently the apps that I have tried for the past several months:

• teams.microsoft.com shows this (Edge and Firefox):
• New Windows Team app for work (installed Nov 2023) shows this:
• iOS app on iPhone is the only one that works and allows me to switch between orgs.

My work account does not have teams and my work domain is not registered with either Azure or Microsoft 365.  We are consultants, however, and have guest accounts associated with a lot of orgs on the teams platform.  As of now, the only application that works is the iOS app as stated above.  My guess is that Microsoft is choking because my work account does not have its own org account on the platform.  That being said it was working up until the middle of this year.  I am forced to use my phone now to join any meeting which means I can never share my computer screen and collaborate with my clients which is pretty critical to my field.  We instead have to switch to Google Meet in order to get anything accomplished.

This does not seem like this would be hard to troubleshoot...
