Have you tried toggling the corresponding setting under Settings > General > Open chats in > New window.
Yes, of course but it is not. Look it is not solution because You have to click in icon. For instance in Skype the new window opens every time when someone wrote a message to you. In teams you received notification in right section and you can write a message in small window but it is not dedicated full window chat. It is small window similar to outlook, calendar and so on. So I need set up event in teams which is related with conversation with someone. The message have to initialized event "new window chatroom".
