New Teams Updated Gallery View

I can only assume this is part of the new gallery view update rolling out but now the video of myself is the same size as everyone else.  For a one on one video call, this is horrible.  I don't need to see a huge view of myself while having a conversation.  It's significantly distracting.  And while yes you can turn off your own video, it's helpful to have the preview window as before to ensure there are no video issue and as a verification your camera is on.  Clearly there's no usability testing going on with this.  Please fix this.
