New teams problem in combination with a non-persistent VDI
Good Afternoon,
We have a non-persistent Citrix VDI and are trying to deploy the new teams. We are facing an issue when users are uploading files via the paperclip or when collecting the logs the VDI crashes due to having a blue screen. There is already a MS case for this but so far we haven't found a solution. It seems to be a combination of the new teams, onedrive and windows explorer colliding.
I was curious if other people know of this issue.

Mitlin We have identical behavior, do you have any solutions or feedback from Microsoft? Unfortunately, our ticket is not helpful

danielrichert it seems to be resolved at our end now. The problem was due to some errors in junction points in combination with the new teams. We received the preview KB that fixes it and it's being tested as we speak. No more errors thus far.
We've escalated it loads of times and after a couple of months we finally got decent help and Microsoft could also replicate the issue themselves.We got told the fix should be available to everyone in the upcoming patch Tuesday.
