I didn't ask others yet in the org. because we don't have a lot of Mac users yet.
the cache deleting is removing something? like the chats i have or any app settings?
It will only delete cache so nothing that is already shared like chats/messages etc. You can check in the browser that is all there is after cleaning the cache.

regarding the second part of the key chain:
it is not the same as mentioned in the link you sent so I didn't delete it.
