DaveTheTeamsGuy No, it should follow the system proxy.
Teams 2.1 has kinda changed the engine it uses, it's now based on Edge WebView 2 rather than Chrome, so should use proxies in the same way as Edge browser. Do your apps work properly in Edge ?
How is your proxy configured, is there a pac file that maybe targets the browser ?

We have WebView2 deployed and have pretty specific evidence that Teams is sending traffic direct (including updater traffic), at least in our environment. We have a case open with Microsoft and will post here when we know more.

- ConfigMgrDaveDec 06, 2023Copper ContributorWE are getting login prompts, but it looks like clearing the teams items in credential manager and logging off/loggin on is fixing it. I actually found out that we have teams traffic approved to go direct to the internet without going through proxy, so it might not be directly related to what you are experiencing.
