New Teams Desktop Client Not Showing All the Employees Teams

I had the same problem with my user, and my user is ADD Admin :(.
Removing and adding the via Office Admin Tool was not working for me. But when I opened Teams in the browser, I was able to see all teams. After I clicked in one of the teams channels on the view/hide they were showing up in the desktop Teams.
Maybe that helps others to fix the problem faster.
