"New" Teams causes Excel to crash

Back to the point: vccorlib140.dll is part of the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015. Maybe it would be enough to uninstall and reinstall this version of Visual C++ to solve the problem. However, I read about it later. I previously tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office using the control panel, but it didn't help. Then I used the Uninstall Support Tool from Microsoft and it helped: after using this tool and reinstalling Office, it has been OK for several days (previously the problem occurred several times a day).

Good Morning,
we have exact the same problem since a few weeks, same error in event log. We are using Office 2019 Standard and Pro Plus... could not find a easy solution that works. The only way is to completely uninstall Office and Teams and reinstall again...
Additionally, not only excel or word crashes, sometimes explorer.exe gets killed and our users get a blank black screen for a few seconds...
The whole thing is very annoying and laborious, and once again sad what a crap is rolled out by MS.

I agree. Additionally: Teams, Azure or Entra or Office 365 or maybe Microsoft 365 - often a lot of changes in programs and administration panels. I can't keep up with training for my users, because right after the training it turns out that what I said doesn't apply because Microsoft implemented a new look and moved something somewhere... There's a lot of confusion and you can get lost.
