New Teams App - Where Are Team Settings???

I still can't find this in the latest version. Have to switch to the old teams to access Team Settings. This is actually one of the only threads I could find on the issues as well. Guess most users aren't looking for it.
I had the same issue. I couldn't find Settings in Teams to configure my devices. I restarted my machine and then the ellipsis appeared again. Settings is back!
