New-CsBatchPolicyPackageAssignmentOperation issue

Hi,

I have an issue concerning the New-CsBatchPolicyPackageAssignmentOperation command, a week ago it worked fine, but since then I cannot run this command anymore.

Am I the only one who gets an error running this type of command ?
