New Channel Type: Group Chat

Teams needs a new channel type, group chat. 

I’m not talking about the threaded discussion Chanel which exists, but a true group chat. This would be the exact same as a group chat outside of a team, but makes usage of the security and role based permission groups along with the app connections of the larger team.
