My Teams account is gone

Hi all

I had to clean my computer cookies and caches thus getting logout from various sites.

When I tried to login to Microsoft Teams my account is gone and I have a lot of school works in there.

The problem is that I already have a Teams account and it is saying to register again.

Can anyone help me?
