Multiple lines on polycom phone in Teams
I have a Polycom VVX 411 that has 12 line buttons. I would like to configure some of these line buttons with different users so I can see their presence information as well as answer calls for those users. How can I do that?
We have VVX601s and were hoping to have multiline capability. Teams (Skype for Business underneath) does not support this capability, quite disappointing. Microsoft continues to improve Teams phone service so let's hope they get this added soon!
