What you are asking might be possible using Power Automate, or an alternate development approach using the Microsoft Graph, if you have access to these skills.

If what you are looking for is single plan/set of task cards that are visible/updatable from within separate teams? An option is to create a SharePoint page, add the Planner web part displaying your single plan, then add a SharePoint tab within each of the required Microsoft Teams teams channels that points to the single SharePoint page displaying the planner tasks.
