MTR Mic and Camera reset/drop during long meetings

During meetings that last 3-5 hours, we've experienced 5-10 sec resets on cameras (QSC PTZ) and microphones (Shure ceiling tile mics) muting for the same amount of time randomly. Note: it only started happening when we converted to Teams, the room was previously a Zoom room and we never experienced this. I've already ran driver updates but the issues is hard to recreate as it only happens in long form meetings and is spiritic.
