MTR Event 3001

Hi,

 

Is there a known issue with MTRs generating event 3001 (SRS unhealthy) with audio peripherals such as Poly Studio, Trio, Logi MeetUp and Rally?

 

We are seeing this a lot on multiple customers and it generates a lot of noise when monitoring for alerts ? The drivers, OS and device firmware are all up to date. The issue is random across what appear to be identical MTRs.

    You should not be seeing 3001 errors unless either devices are disconnecting due to faulty extenders or devices getting renamed to something other than what’s configured in settings. Please send us logs from the device so we can see what’s happening in your case. Please also open a support case. You can share link to folder with logs with me directly.
