msteams cant access all the apps and what do you use for DMS version control?

Hi,   MSTeamsApps I am new to msteams,   I cant seem to access all the apps on teams such as flow and sharepoint? Will ask admin to enable possibly just wondered what else I need to do?   Than...

Check in the web client just in case, if you don't see them there either talk to your IT staff.

    Thank you, yes I need to get admin to enable the apps. Thank you
