MS Teams VoIP call forwarding to non O365 phone numbers

Hi,

 

We need to be able to forward calls to non o365 contacts via the teams client. I can lookup and call contacts but it isn't possible to forward incoming calls to contacts unless I type in their full phone number. Is there a way to get non O365 contacts to show up when searching in the forwarding window?

    Hello,

    To forward the call to non O365 Contacts you will have to forward the calls via PSTN/Phone number only. You would not be able to forward the call directly to the non O365 Contacts.
