MS Teams Recording
Dear Experts,
Could you please guide me with a solution to have ondemand recording. What i know about MS Teams recording is that if the policy is enabled then by default all the calls on that Azure ID (part of recording policy) would be recorded.
We are actually looking for a solution where in the staff decides which call to be recorded rather then all call being recorded by default.

Do you want a meeting organiser to choose if a meeting is automatically recorded?
Meeting organisers can use a setting in the “Meeting options” for each meeting.The “Record automatically” option sets the recording to start when the first attendees joins. See this page for reference.

I am Actually looking for option not in meeting but 1-1 Call from Teams to PSTN and in that i want on demand recording.

Yes if you are enforcing the policies the calls would be recorded manually. If you want the on-demand recording options for all the calls check if the following settings are enabled and you should be good to go.
Login to the Teams Admin Center > Voice > Calling Policies > Cloud Recording for Calling.
Generally the above settings are always disabled.

If i enable that option by default all the calls on which the Azure ID Participate is getting recorded. The End user is not where getting the option to select the call that they want to be recorded.- Hi,
Nopes the users will have to trigger the recording manually. Similar way how we do it for the Microsoft Teams Meeting.
