MS Teams Outlook meeting add-in not present..

Hi.. I recently had to re-install Teams on PC as I was getting some odd audio issues. All went well except the Outlook add-in for setting up meeting is no longer present in the ribbon. I've re-installed Teams and the addin appears in the list now but the icons still don't appear in the calendar view of outlook. See picture below. I use the client with multiple accounts, two private (@hotmail./@Outlook), one business (@comany name) & one charity (@charityname) where I am admin. Any ideas on how to get Teams meetings icons bac
