MS Teams noise suppression/background noise issue in meetings
Can anyone help? We have had a number of users comment on hearing other people (who are not in a teams call) in meetings. All users are using headphones with mics but it seams to still pic up backgro...
The root cause in the cases I've addressed is the MS Teams App Settings are set to your integrated mic (laptop/PC, etc) and your current Meeting's audio settings are pointing to a headset.
The resolution is to also go to the settings in your MS Teams app (not the meeting itself) to set the devices. see the screenshot below.
