MS Teams had this notification message "We ran into a problem. Reconnecting…"

Hi Team our users often encounter this error message in our company and home, could you please give us some advises for this, how to fix it? but it seems woking fine in cell phone. we checked the admin portal service health, it is woking fine as well. thanks, Jason

  • Does it work on the web client?
    Does it work when they do a full logout and sign back in again?

    When did it start happening?

    Have you been in contact with Microsoft about this?

      we haven't monitor it when the issue happened,  we will continue to check soon

      almost can't working,  just only restart or log off computer

      • Try the webclient next time! Also you say it happens when users are working from home? Do they use a VPN connection when they do?
