MS teams give/take control option not available

I have an strange issue , i am not able to give or take control on my MS teams in citrix Virtual desktop.

MS teams meeting policy allowing me to give or take control for internal users, virtual desktop is hardware accelerated, can anyone tell me what i am missing here.
