MS Teams for OSX Half Green Camera

Using Teams for MAC version 1.4.00.22368.

When attempting to use my external web cam, my shared video has solid green for 60% of the lower portion of the video.

All other apps work fine including Photo booth, face time, numerous web based apps such as GotoMeeting etc.

I have tried uninstalling completely MS Teams and reinstalling.  Nothing helps.
