We have a fix at 15.2, please update your device patch with 15.2 and also optimise you Teams application with latest patch to fix the reported issue.
I am running 15.2 but still cannot play videos using the desktop version of Teams and can only play some embedded videos in my pdf presentation using the web version of Teams. How do I solve this issue?
