MS Teams Direct Routing - Hold fails when SBC supports REFER

Question

Hi&nbsp;Does anyone have an example trace for how teams handles hold with REFER support enabled on the SBC for a simple teams to PSTN call then the call placed on hold in teams client.&nbsp;&nbsp;I have transfers to teams users working from PSTN call working, and reply to the REFER generated when teams pus a user on hold in the same way as I reply to the refer generated by teams transfer.&nbsp;Thanks in advance&nbsp;David

davidmcgrath&nbsp;Tengo un problema similar con el REFER cuando la llamada se pone en HOLD, en mi caso tengo dos tenants en el primero cuando la llamada se pone en HOLD no se envia REFER pero en el segundo siempre envia este mensaje.&nbsp;Estan configurados en un SBC de Audiocodes con la misma configuración.&nbsp;¿Donde se puede cambiar el comportamiento de las llamadas en HOLD en Microsoft TEAMS?&nbsp;&nbsp;
