MS Teams CQD building data OVERLAPPED

i have 10 K + Data to upload the building data in CQD ( i got it from network team ) , on whihc there are lot overlapped IP subnets while uploading it in CQD portal
It is upskill task to identify each and every subnets . how can i find and remove the overlapped IP subnets from the huge data.

Currently this is one of the major task. There are certain providers who are providing solution for the CQD as well as the same data can be used for the E911 services.
You will have to build a Automation capability using Microsoft Azure for processing it so that the duplicate subnets are not added.
Else we have to use our traditional excel and the duplicate IP Subnets and then upload the fresh ones provided.
