MS Teams Calendar - Email to all attendees
Hi,
in Outlook I can go to a meeting in the calendar, make a right click and can use "reply all" to e.g. send a ppt prior to the meeting or to share the minutes after the meeting.
How can I do this in the Teams Calendar?
Regards
Karsten
Hi,
No, that is not possible. Instead open the meeting by clicking on it in Teams Calendar. You should now see some options Chat, Files and Meeting notes.
So the idea is that you can start working with the meeting before the scheduled time. Start chatting will all participants with the meeting chat, upload documents needed in the meeting to Files and meetings notes should be written in the Meeting notes.
Well you should have a copy of the meeting in your Outlook calendar, so just use that. As Linus mentioned though, you can use the built-in Teams functionalities for such scenarios. But if for some reason you want to rely on email and calendaring features, best use Outlook for that.

- glaschaBrass ContributorThanks Linus,
I made my first observations in an invite, which was created in Outlook with WebEx and for this one I don't have these options. These are the things I was looking for.
