MS Teams Bug General Call Join Button Not Showing

I got disconnected from a call in General because of my Wi-Fi. When I try to join again, the join button is missing. I've even restarted my laptop but the join button is still not showing up. I tried...

My MS Teams works fine now. It's just a bug that happened once. Hopefully, it won't happen again since it's really frustrating.
