MS-Teams already setup on yopur computer
I have tried to install MS-Teams, but it then says = "Someone has already set up Teams for your organisation". I got a new laptop last year, and after 5 days, deleted the office-365, and purchased my own permanent office-16. It seems that my email; hwhcr@icon.co.za is linked to the office-365 account, which no longer resides on my computer. can you please assist in rectifying this problem. thx, much appreciated. Hello hwhcr This is a common topic in the Teams community. I suggest you do a search for "Somebody already set up..." in the search box and you'll see several posts related to this issue - here's an example that may pertain to your situation: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/someone-has-already-set-up-teams-for-your-organization/m-p/1384734

ThereseSolimeno Many thx, much appreciated. I did search, and almost all suggestions are to contact MS-support. This I did, and then MS-support said they cannot help me - "contact the tech-comm group", as they will help you !!! haha
And so, being on the wrong side of 65, it is just not wort the frustration and increase in blood-pressure, so I just uninstalled and deleted the Teams-app. If I need to speak to someone on the other side of the ocean, I will just revert to the previous millennium tech = called a telephone! (and occasional skype)
I will also remove myself from this tech-comm group, as oldies like me will just frustrate you clever folks.
Manmy thx again, kind regards.

Hi hwhcr I understand your frustration; these tools are supposed to make our lives easier and indeed Teams can do that when installed properly. Honestly, I thought one of those posts would apply to your situation. If you are open to one more suggestion, answers.microsoft.com is the tech support site we recommend for more personalized service...this is what I found there related to this issue (but again, there were several posts on this subject on that site, too: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/all/someone-has-already-set-up-teams-for-your/bd53d2b1-8403-4bc6-91c8-3f3bf01fcb34
