An event my agency held a couple of weeks ago experienced the issue of not being able to access the Teams PowerPoint Live shared content. How much time going by constitutes a "late joiner"? We need this to work.
I have the MS Teams Premium license and we had the setting turned on "Manage what others see". We had an ASL interrupter on screen. For some, ASL was all they saw. We had to stop using PowerPoint Live so the others could see the presentation, just like in your posting but this isn't a fix, it's a substandard work around.
We want to use PowerPoint Live because of the enhancements it brings to the event:
- The ability for the presenter to view notes and still have access to chat and attendee list.
- The accessibility features for the attendees
- to change the contrast
- change the language
- blind staff using a screen reader to access
- the shared content, links are clickable.
