MS Teams - Chat export
Hello,
we are trying to migrate MS Teams from one tenancy to another. Everything has come across successfully but as expected Teams Chat hasn't been migrated. We have looked at lots of ways to copy the chat history manually but none work.
There is a suggestion to login into the MS Export Page to do this, but unfortunately none of us can sign in to that page as it doesn't recognise our credentials, even Teams and Global admins.
What is the issue here?

- Not sure what MS Export Page you are referring to, but you can use the Teams Export API for a programmatic solution: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/export-teams-content
