MS Teams - Call Queues/ Auto Attendant
Dial Out from a call queues or auto attendant? (agent anonymity) ?
any information about the roadmap from call queues and auto attendant..?
Dejan_Topic Yes, you can set so that another phone number is shown for some agents. You have to set an CallingLineIdentity for them.

Have not seen anything about this on the roadmap but it would be great if agents could select themselves when to show the queue number and when to show their own number. Call center applications from Teams using the Calling API will get dial out features later, so maybe using one of those.

thanks for your answer.
I have test the call center for MS Teams and their works.
But it would be nice to have also this feature for call queue. and auto attendant.
