That's correct, ours were on the latest version as well.

We have a customer with 25 devices with this issue, both Crestron and Poly, all on latest version.

    Has anyone else had any luck resolving this? We have this happening randomly in our MTR systems (NUC+Logitech Rally system) Our systems are running W10, so the fix mentioned above doesn't exactly apply to us. Anyone know the root cause of this?

    JF-Gros thanks. We have observed the same regarding meeting duration. I’ve decided to stop trying to fix it and just wait for the next MTR version.

    I believe I work at the site in question - this issue occurs across multiple devices, immediately after only those meetings with a certain duration. For example, a 2 minute test call / meeting will not generate this error, however, it will always occur when terminating any 1 hour+ meeting on an affected device.
