MS team chat - hyperlink to text not to download the file.. How?

Hi

I want to hyperlink HERE to click and link back to my SP site or open the file eg. EXCEL and edit or update . I do not want it to download as a file onto my desktop.  

If it download then I will hv two copy one on SP one on the desktop.. 

Can it be done??
