I have just purchased MS Office home use and cannot log into MS Teams, can this be used on home use, I get the error "someone has already set up teams for your organisation"
This is the same for Planner, can anyone help with an answer

Good question, whitts1800 ! I have the same question and have only begun to research this. We are a household of three (my wife, daughter, and I) and we are very often each at our computers in separate rooms. We've tried a couple of network-based chat aps, but they always seem to use too many resources or interfere with the vpn my wife needs for her work.
I searched the MS support sites and came to understand that Teams and Planner appear to be available only under Business or Enterprise accounts for Office 365.

I hope I'm wrong or that this will change.

- KrisDebIron ContributorI do hope it will change. At the moment I'm using Skype personal for home and Teams for Business? Why can't I use Teams for both? Skype is so much similar, it offers almost everything Teams does for an average user. For me, it's just strange there are two apps designed for the same thing.
