Moving writing cursor to the right not working anymore (RTL support)

In the chat textbox when we pressed RCTRL + RShift, the cursor would move to the right to allow RTL text to be shown correctly while writing.

Like in any other application.

Even in Notepad it works.

Not in teams, for the passed 2-3 months.

Is this a bug? was this on purpose?

Can we get that basic functionality back?
