missing the Microsoft XPS Document Writer

I have a customer who uses Microsoft XPS Document Writer; it is working perfectly fine When it was in 1809, we got upgraded to 1909, it disappeared. So going into settings, I try to install it fails and gives an error code of 0x8024500c. I log in as an admin, opened up PowerShell Admin. and ran the following command • dism /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName: XPS.Viewer~~~~0.0.1.0 then went back into gpedit.MSC and tried again, and it still not installing. And no luck any advise
