Missing team groups following account reactivation

Wondering whether anyone has experienced the issue where they have created (as owner) and been member of Team spaces only to find you no longer have them in your Teams app once your work domain account has been reactivated.

I have had one of the group members where I am owner forward the link to join, only to be presented with the following error message:

 

 

 

All other O365 elements have come back ok with historical emails and documents on One Drive.  Has anyone experience this before?
